Our assistants are very experienced, they have insurances and of course a clean criminal record.
Handing your key over to ServiceHuset
When you hand your key over to ServiceHuset, we take great care of it – and we give you a receipt. Your key will then be registered by an anonymous number and your address will never appear in connection to your key.
Should something go wrong when cleaning your home
Should something break while cleaning your home, you just let our head office know about the situation within 24 hours – by a written letter or an email. Remember to take some photos of the damaged contents.
If we agree that the damage is made by our assistants, the case will be handed over to our insurance company – and if they confirm that the damage has happened by our assistants, the insurance company will pay you directly.
While such a case runs, remember that you have no rights to retain receivables which ServiceHuset might have in connection to the completed cleaning.
