Processing of Personal Data
In connection with your wish to obtain a quote from servicehuset.dk, you have entered a number of personal information, including in particular:

- Your email address
- Your address
- Your phone number
- company name
- company address
We process this personal data in connection with the processing of offers of the services we offer.
Processing of personal data: Consent
If you have agreed that you consent to us contacting you by email with newsletters, we will process your email address until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.
You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us and stating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.
Basis of processing
- We process personal data on the following basis:
- Contract fulfillment – when we provide cleaning services.
- Legal obligation – e.g. storage of accounting data for 5 years, cf. the Accounting Act.
- Consent – e.g. newsletters.
- Legitimate interests – for example, general customer communication and operation of our website.
Data security
Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling an offer or based on your consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
Information collected in connection with offers will be deleted or anonymized no later than 3 months after the offer has been made, unless an agreement is entered into.
Information and correspondence in connection with customer service and ongoing dialogue will be deleted or anonymized no later than 6 months after the customer relationship has ended, unless we are required by law to retain it for longer (e.g. accounting material).
We use the following third party to process your information: Visma e-conomic A/S (CVR: 29403473). We have entered into data processing agreements with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

If there are errors in the information we have about you, you can always ask to have it corrected so that we have the correct information, just as you have the right to have the information provided in a common format (data portability). If you have any requests for changes or data portability, you are also very welcome to contact us.
