Practical information regarding cleaning

Regarding keys, alarm, etc.:

  • You will of course receive a receipt when you hand over the key(s) to us.
  • If you have an alarm in your home, it is important that both the responsible cleaning team and the office are given the code and possibly the password. This way, you can still get the cleaning done as planned even if the cleaning team is absent due to illness or vacation.
  • The day before each visit you will receive a text message that we will be there the following day (if you have provided your mobile number).

Customer portal and cancellation:

  • Feel free to use "My Service House" on https://mit.servicehuset.dk for messages regarding your cleaning.
  • You have two options for canceling your cleaning: You can easily cancel your cleaning via the customer app My ServiceHuset – or you can send an email to your contact person at ServiceHuset Cleaning. Cancellation must take place no later than 3 days before the cleaning was due to take place. In case of late cancellation, ServiceHuset Cleaning may charge a cancellation fee of DKK 200, which will be included on your next invoice.

Contact your contact person (see our signature in the email) at the office if:

  • You want to postpone the cleaning, e.g. due to vacation.
  • You change your email address or phone number. This way you avoid missing important messages.
  • You have questions, special requests or would like to complain about the cleaning.
  • You wish to terminate our agreement: the notice period corresponds to the cleaning sequence, so if you have cleaning every week, the notice period is one week, and so on.
  • Do you have any comments or suggestions regarding the cleaning?
  • You will use your own cleaning products – (alternatively, you can just provide them to the cleaning team)

Payment:

Once a month – approximately the 17th for the period from the 16th of last month to the 15th of the current month – you will receive an invoice that will list all your cleaning dates.
The invoice will be sent by email. If you sign up for PBS, you don't have to keep track of the payment.

The PBS scheme is free. If you do not wish to register for the PBS scheme, we will add an administration fee of DKK 39 per invoice.
Enter your customer number (often this is the phone number you provided). The first time you log in, select 'Create a new user' – after that, simply enter your password.
