Good to know before cleaning
When your cleaning team cleans your home, they really want you to be happy with the cleaning.
It is important that your home appears reasonably tidy before the cleaning starts, so that the cleaning team can get to work properly.
The team cleans all accessible surfaces, but generally does not move larger/heavy items. The team cleans under knick-knacks & decorations to a reasonable extent, but if you have a windowsill full of figurines, for example, we will only clean around the objects.
As a general rule, cleaning is done up to head height. It is important to us that the cleaning team has good and healthy working conditions.
We clean all horizontal surfaces
The cleaning team cleans all available horizontal surfaces – and generally exterior surfaces. For example: We clean the outside of your refrigerator – but not the inside of the refrigerator. If you want us to clean other surfaces as well, you can simply purchase this.
If you have areas in your home that need extra attention, please book extra time for the cleaning. Start with a basic cleaning, and then our standard cleaning will be able to maintain your home well going forward. If you are in doubt, we are happy to help you.
We can offer you to supplement with an hour of cleaning for 380 DKK (normal price 570 DKK) – or half an hour of extra cleaning for 190 DKK.
