We will through a dynamic education and development programme constantly work on improving the customer and cleaning assistant experience – so that we can deliver the highest possible quality. The goal is to have no complaints – and we analyze through our feedback log and observation in the field (SHBR). And we set up SMART goals (UL-IN-OC-RC).

We pay tribute to diversity. We do this by putting our cleaning assistants first – and support the assistants in the best way. Internally we constantly focus on the way we communicate with each other – and we say if our limits are exceeded and meet each other with mutual understanding. We measure how things are going through well-being analysis minimum two times a year – and afterwards have a dialogue about it (PUS/MUS).
